2 EL Spitzwegerich
200 ml Alkohol 45% Vol.

Zubereitung:

Die Kräutermischung in ein gut verschließbares Glasgefäß füllen, bis es cirka zu einem Drittel voll ist, mit dem Alkohol übergießen, gut verschließen und auf die Fensterbank stellen. Lassen Sie die Mischung zwei Wochen stehen und schütteln Sie sie täglich durch. Danach abseihen und in dunkle Tropffläschchen füllen.

10 Tropfen ätherisches Öl, z.B. Lavendel, Pfefferminze oder Zitroneneukalyptus
40 ml Alkohol

Zubereitung:

Füllen Sie ein 100 ml-Sprühfläschchen mit 40 ml Alkohol und einem Esslöffel Apfelessig. Dann fügen Sie zehn Tropfen ätherisches Öl, beispielsweise Lavendel, Pfefferminze oder Zitroneneukalyptus dazu und schütteln das Fläschchen gut durch. Den Rest mit Wasser auffüllen – fertig!

Ringelblumensalbe

Das brauchen Sie:

200 ml Olivenöl
1 Handvoll Ringelblumenblüten
10 g Bienenwachs
dunkle Glassalbentiegel

Zubereitung:

Das Öl in ein hitzebeständiges Glas füllen und im Wasserbad erwärmen. Die Ringelblumenblüten in das Öl geben und ca. 20 Minuten köcheln lassen. Dann in ein zweites Glas abseihen, das Bienenwachs dazugeben und im Wasserbad erwärmen, bis sich das Wachs vollständig aufgelöst hat. Das Gemisch leicht abkühlen lassen und dann in dunkle Salbentiegel abfüllen. Langsam erkalten lassen.
